SkyBanner terms of use

SkyBanner is made by TechBuilderAkash. These terms are an agreement between you and TechBuilderAkash. By installing or using SkyBanner, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install or use it.

Using SkyBanner

• You may install SkyBanner on your own devices and use it at home or at work. SkyBanner is free of charge. SkyBanner Pro adds features: free for 30 days with the launch offer, and a paid subscription once it's on sale (see below).
• You may not sell SkyBanner, present it as your own, or distribute changed copies of it.
• Don't use SkyBanner or its license server for anything unlawful or fraudulent, and don't try to get around its licensing or to break into, probe or overload the license server.
• SkyBanner and its name belong to TechBuilderAkash. SkyBanner includes work by others, such as its 3D characters and the libraries it is built with. Each comes under its own licence, listed in SkyBanner under About → Licences, and those licences apply to those parts.

SkyBanner Pro

• What it is. SkyBanner Pro adds every character, renaming them, unlimited repeating reminders and calendars, routines, and writing your own wordings. Everything else in SkyBanner stays free.
• Not on sale yet. Subscriptions are being prepared. What these terms say about buying, billing, cancelling and refunds applies once they're on sale.
• Who sells it. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, charges any tax, sends your receipts and handles refunds, under Paddle's buyer terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms
• Subscription. Pro is billed monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in SkyBanner under About → Manage subscription, or through the link in Paddle's receipt. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
• Your license. Your license key is for you: use it on up to 3 of your own devices. Don't share, sell or publish it. A key that is misused, or that came from a fraudulent purchase, may be turned off.
• Checking your license. Pro checks your license with SkyBanner's license server about once a week. A paid license keeps working offline for at least two weeks; after longer without a check, Pro pauses until SkyBanner can reach the server again. The launch offer has no such time: it ends on its day.
• When Pro ends (you cancel, a payment fails, or a payment is refunded), SkyBanner carries on as SkyBanner Free. Nothing you made is deleted: Pro characters, extra repeating reminders and extra calendars wait until you have Pro again.

Launch offer

The first 100 PCs to claim it get SkyBanner Pro free for 30 days, starting when they claim it. Choose Claim Free Pro in SkyBanner while places remain, until 30 April 2027 at the latest.

• It takes no account, email address or payment details. It isn't a subscription, and you are never charged for it.
• Each PC can claim it once. Reinstalling SkyBanner or deleting its files doesn't start the 30 days again.
• Its license key works on up to 3 of your own devices, all ending on the same day. The rules under Your license apply.
• It ends by itself after the 30 days, even offline. SkyBanner then carries on as SkyBanner Free, and nothing you made is deleted.
• We may end the offer early. Places already claimed keep their 30 days, unless a key was misused.

Refunds

If SkyBanner Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment and you'll get that payment back in full. Ask Paddle at https://paddle.net (find your order with the email address you paid with) or through the link in your receipt, or write to us (see Contact). After a refund, Pro ends for that license. This doesn't affect any right to cancel or get a refund that you have under the laws where you live.

Wellbeing reminders

SkyBanner's templates for water, movement, stretching, breathing, eye breaks, rest, meals and sleep are friendly suggestions, not medical advice. They don't diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and they don't replace care from a health professional. Only do what feels comfortable, and skip anything that doesn't suit you.

No guarantee

SkyBanner, including SkyBanner Pro, is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. A reminder can be late or missed, for example when your PC is off or asleep or SkyBanner isn't running. Don't rely on SkyBanner alone for anything important, such as medicine, safety, or legal or money deadlines.

As far as the law allows, TechBuilderAkash is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using SkyBanner or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the laws where you live that cannot be limited.

Updates and changes

SkyBanner updates itself when you choose Update now. These terms may change with a new version. The current terms are always at https://skybanner.pages.dev/terms/
