Questions about Pro.
When can I buy Pro?
Subscriptions are being prepared, and they’ll become available once payment setup is complete. There’s no date yet. Until then, SkyBanner is free to download and use.
Who will sell SkyBanner Pro?
Paddle.com, SkyBanner’s reseller and the Merchant of Record for all its orders. Paddle will take the payment, charge any tax, send your receipts and handle refunds. SkyBanner will never see your card details.
How will I cancel?
In SkyBanner, under About → Manage subscription, or through the link in Paddle’s receipt. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren’t charged again.
Will I be able to get my money back?
Yes. Ask within 30 days of any payment and you get that payment back in full: see the refund policy.
What happens when Pro ends?
SkyBanner carries on as SkyBanner Free and deletes nothing. Repeating reminders past the first five, and calendars after the first, rest until you have Pro again, and reminders for Pro characters fly with free ones.
How many PCs can use it?
Up to 3 of your own. About → Remove from this PC gives a place back, and a PC that hasn’t checked in for 60 days gives its place up by itself.
Does Pro send anything about me?
About once a week, SkyBanner sends its license server your license key and a random id it made for that copy, to check the license. Never your reminders. The privacy policy has the details.
Something’s wrong with my license.
Write to bharaskar.akash444@gmail.com. Please don’t post your license key in public, for example in a GitHub issue.
